Delivery options
Crated Shipping (Worldwide)
We ship the simulator almost fully assembled in a wooden crate. When it arrives, you place it, mount the key parts like screens using our video guides, with direct support from us.
White Glove Delivery (Latvia & EU)
White glove delivery and installation by the Helente team is an optional choice upon request – we install the simulator in your place, adjust your seating position, dial in the hardware and all the settings on site, and we don’t leave until everything is perfectly finished.
Warranty and support
- 6 months of priority Helente support, including remote PC sessions and one extra tuning session after a few weeks of driving.
- 2‑year Helente simulator warranty plus all manufacturer warranties on every component (most 2 years, some 3).
